Hypertonic disease
Filed under Cardiovascular systemFeb 10Hypertonic disease appears when the neurosis of nerve centers (regulating blood pressure) is manifested and the tone of artery walls increases and the diameter of small blood vessels and arterioles reduces. Then the arterial blood pressure increases. The most important factor influencing hypertonic disease is the excess of nervous – psychological stress. The secondary factor is the kidney insufficiency and endocrine diseases.
The first stage . During the period A the arterial pressure (because of negative emotions and nervous stress) gradually invisibly increases though it turns back to normal without any treatment. Complaints about increased irritation, tiredness, reduction of work effectiveness, sleep disturbances, headaches appear which disappear after reduction of blood pressured.
During the period B arterial blood pressure is increased even for several weeks and then it turns to normal, but can increase if influenced by negative foreign factors. Hypertonic crises sometimes occur. Patients complain about striking or rankling pain in the area of heart, headache, dizziness, insomnia, increased irritation, perspiration.
The second stage. During the period A arterial blood pressure is much more increased and persistently remains for a long time and falls down only by applying a certain treatment. The above mentioned ailment become stronger and even constant. Crackle and ringing in the head, dark “floating” spots in front of eyes additionally contribute to these complaints.
During the period B, arterial blood pressure is constantly increased until the sufficiently high level and one succeeds to reduce it only a little (even with pharmaceuticals). During this period the symptoms of disease are even brighter and burden the patient even more. Hypertonic crises with angina attacks and disturbances of brain blood pressure occurring for spasm of head blood vessels are more often repeated. During the first and second stages of the disease massage procedures have a positive effect: negative feeling in the area of heart reduces of disappears, the head difficulty and dizziness, noise in ears is removed, the head does not hurt any more, the sleep improves, work efficiency increases, arterial blood pressure reduces.
The purpose of massage: reduction of arterial blood pressure, normalization of vital processes in the skin of head brain, regulation of pressure in gut and intestine activity, improvement of peripheral blood pressure, provision of head brain (and heart muscle) with blood, removal of swelling and puffiness.
